4. Deals and Redemptions

Deals listed on In Bendigo are created and managed by individual businesses. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or quality of any deal. Businesses are responsible for honouring their published deals. Redemptions are subject to the terms set by each business, including any limits on usage.

5. Loyalty Points

Loyalty points are earned through deal redemptions and are specific to each business. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred. We reserve the right to adjust point balances in cases of system errors or abuse.

6. Reviews

Users may leave reviews for businesses they have visited. Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experiences. We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or hide reviews that are abusive, fraudulent, or violate our guidelines. Business owners may flag reviews for moderation.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use In Bendigo to:

Post false, misleading, or deceptive content
Abuse the redemption or loyalty points system
Harass or impersonate other users or businesses
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform
Use automated tools to scrape or interact with the service

8. Intellectual Property

The In Bendigo platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us. Business owners retain ownership of their content (logos, deal descriptions, images) but grant us a licence to display it on the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

In Bendigo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any disputes between users and businesses, losses resulting from deal redemptions, or service interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us (if any).

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
